Facility Management System
Even though Pythagoras is a complete FM system, some customers still use separate systems for functions like work orders, case management, cleaning, or technical maintenance. In those cases, it’s easy to integrate with Pythagoras to bring everything together in one place.
ERP system
Connect the Property management system (one-way or two-way) with your financial system for automatic transfer of rental data, cost data, and invoice information. You can also automate tasks related to accounting, invoicing, cost allocation, and reporting. Examples of financial systems we frequently integrate with include Raindance, Unit4, Agresso, SAP, IBM, and M3.
BI systems
With an integration to, for example, Microsoft Power BI (one-way or two-way), you can compile and analyze data more effectively.
Active Directory system
Sync employment information, permissions, SSO, and organizational structure with your Active Directory system to keep the property management system automatically up to date.
Room booking
Integrate with your existing booking system (e.g. TimeEdit, Outlook, Exchange) to reflect availability and avoid double bookings.
Energy data
If you measure energy data for water, electricity, and heating, you can easily collect that data in Pythagoras – regardless of the meter brand or utility provider. You can integrate directly with utility companies and with Nord Pool for tariffs, and we also have a partner, Metry, that helps companies gather and structure energy data before it is transferred to the Property management system.
Sensor data
Connect all your IoT sensors to Pythagoras to automatically collect data on temperature, motion, humidity, occupancy, soap usage, and more. The information can be visualized in Pythagoras to support maintenance and demand-based cleaning.
Digital signing
Digitally sign lease agreements, meeting minutes, and other documents directly in Pythagoras through our integration with Scrive, which supports BankID and legally binding signatures.
Documents
Access industry-standard contracts and templates through a direct integration with Fastighetsägarna Dokument.
