One of the first SaaS companies in Sweden providing property management systems

Founded in 1995, and today we are about 60 employees in Sweden, Norway and the UK. Our head office is located in the Münchenbryggeriet, with Stockholm's best view of Riddarfjärden.

1995 Pythagoras is founded and the staff aquire the code from Case & Cad Engineering, where the first lines of code were created already in 1988.

2001 Pythagoras Information Manager (PIM1) is launched and becomes one of Sweden's first SaaS solutions for property management.

2005 At next, Pythagoras Information Manager (PIM2) launched the first step towards a common product platform for all customers In this launch, several new solutions appeared for the first time – Lease Manager, Cost Management and Cleaning.

2008 Contract signing with Sandvik to manage their production facilities and office buildings. In 2011, a sales manager is hired as the first non-engineer or technician.

2014 We take the next evolving steps towards a modern comprehensive property and facility management solution (Integrated Workplace Management System), with 9 employees and the launch of PIM3. In the following years we get our first municipal customer.

2022We have 40 employees, and in April Monterro joins as majority shareholder.
