It’s integrated into the digital twins of your properties and makes it easy to see which contracts belong to which space, property or object. For example, you can click directly on a surface in the plan and get a list of all the contracts linked to it. Or search for a contract in the list and see on the drawing which surface it applies to.

Like everything else in Pythagoras, Contract Management interacts with all other solutions. This means that, in addition to contracts, the digital twin can also display information on planned maintenance, cases or cleaning planning. You’ll get a holistic 360° view of everything, reduce administration and make faster and better decisions.

Of course, our property contract management can be integrated with most business systems, so you can easily create all the documentation required for invoicing contracts and also get feedback back into Pythagoras.
