This spring, our Support department was strengthened with two experienced additions – Niklas Holm and Mikael Norrfors. When Natasha Lodehall, who had led the team for many years, felt it was time to move on, it was only natural to ask Niklas to take on the role of Team Leader. He has now accepted – and we are very pleased to introduce him a bit more closely.
Tell us about your background
– I have worked in support for many years, particularly with incident management in software systems for the public sector, government agencies, and large organizations.
How would you describe yourself?
– I am a fairly calm person who enjoys listening and understanding problems. What I like most is helping to resolve situations and making the customer satisfied. With my experience in incident management, I have learned that clear communication is absolutely essential – both for the customer and for the team. That is something I always try to live by.
What do you hope to contribute to Pythagoras?
– Pythagoras has grown rapidly, and to continue developing we need clear processes that allow us to work in a systematic and sustainable way. I want to contribute with my experience to build a Support department that is both smart and scalable – and that works closely with the rest of the organization. That way, we can grow together.
Would you like to share something about yourself outside of work?
– Music has always been a big part of my life. I have played in bands for many years. Nowadays I have a more regular job and I’m a dad, but music is still an important part of my free time.
