Every company has different needs and/or capacity. For some, a general overview is enough, while others need to actively work on reducing costs, emissions and time spent.

That's why we talk about Operate, Manage and Optimise as a way of starting from your needs when we look at which package of modules and level of functionality to recommend.

On this page you'll see three packages called Operate, Manage and Optimise, designed to suit companies with different needs. But don't forget that Pythagoras is flexible. You can always get a price for exactly what your organisation needs.

It matters a great deal to us that the system is used by many people across the organisation. Not everyone needs to work actively in every part of the system or be able to change things, but everyone should be able to find information and set up views based on what matters to them. We believe this helps elevate property management to the position it deserves — which, for many companies, is actually a business-critical one.

The setup fee covers digitising your drawings into digital twins in Pythagoras. You'll be able to export these and take them with you if you switch property management systems again in the future.

It also includes all configuration, project management of the implementation, and training to get started with your new property management system.

Adding more features and making supplementary agreements is always possible. Reducing is also possible, but you'll need to keep an eye on the contract length so you cancel functionality in time before it renews.

Since we don't charge per user, you're free to hand out licences to more people in your organisation. If you need more features, more training, or want more objects drawn in, just get in touch with us for a quote and we'll sort it out.

With our standard solutions, we can work efficiently together with you and be up and running in around three months. Of course, this depends on your organisation also being able to set aside enough time to plan, test, and take part in meetings and training.
