Comparison of property management systems on the Swedish market
The comparison covers seven property management systems: Pythagoras, Vitec, Momentum, LEB, SWG, Planon and Spacewell. Pythagoras is rated leading in digital twin and drawing-based management, internal cost allocation, cleaning operations. One of the leading suppliers in the municipal segment and with a visual interface which makes it easy to use. Each area is rated on the scale Leading, Strong, Good, OK, Limited or Not a focus. The rating scale is explained below the table.
