The sports and clubs administration in the city of Gothenburg was stuck in a system that reached end-of-life and users stopped using the system. With the implementation of Pythagoras, they have all their data in the same system, along with drawings that are maintained by all users who want to access real-time data. The result is not long in coming:
- Drift technicians report saving a lot of time taking photos with the mobile app
- Thanks to the drawing, they find the right room and components much more easily and can thus fix the problem faster.
- It is easier to onboard new employees when they see the digital twin in the system.
